Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter

1 1/4 cups white sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons orange zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 cup strong brewed coffee

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 pinch salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

3 tablespoons molasses

12 cinnamon rolls

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, eggs, orange zest, lemon zest, and coffee. Gradually beat in flour and salt while making sure that all ingredients are well blended. Stir in molasses, then coarsely chop to about 1/8 cup. Dip the cinnamon rolls in flour mixture to make them turn out a little brown. Place rolls on greased cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until slightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack.
