I has been enamored with this recipe for several years. I always have a jar of Trader Joes salsa, and I use my chipotle avocados for inspiration. This was soooo good, but I would double the chipotle powder and use guar gum for underdone. I had a little extra chipotle powder, so I was sparing with it. I would make this again.
