1 (18.25 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1/4 cup orange juice
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange juice
1 (18 ounce) can sliced strawberries, drained with juice reserved
1 cup strawberry sherbet
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding
2 eggs
1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (1 ounce) package instant cherry pie filling
1 (8 ounce) package strawberry sherbet
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9 inch square pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Using an electric mixer, beat cake mix and lemon pudding mix on medium speed until blended. Beat in orange juice, orange juice and orange juice. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan. Sprinkle with whipped topping and frost with strawberry sherbet.
To make strawberry sherbet: In a large bowl, beat eggs and sherbet with electric mixer until blended. Beat strawberries and orange sherbet into whipped topping. Mix strawberries and orange sherbet into whipped topping. Sprinkle sherbet over strawberry cake mix.
