1 1/2 cups white vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups distilled white vinegar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups cornstarch
1 (3 ounce) can marshmallows, divided
In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, distilled white vinegar, salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, cinnamon and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute, or until just warm. Remove from heat and whisk in marshmallows and marshmallows. Sprinkle mixture over dish. Refrigerate for one hour.
