150 sliced fruits, diced
3 cups chopped onion
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 (15 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, with juice
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
In a medium saucepan, combine fruit pieces, onion, garlic powder, oregano, tomatoes, brown sugar, basil and parsley.
Place vegetables into a blender or food processor; blend.
Cover and allow to boil, stirring. Heat beef stock in large skillet over medium heat.
