6 beef tenderloin steaks
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 carrot, peeled and diced
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 teaspoon salt
Place steaks in a shallow dish in baking dish or casserole dish. Attach steaks with blender attachment, leaving 2 inches all around the steaks. Stir in onion and garlic. Sprinkle steaks with green pepper and carrot. Cover steaks with mushrooms.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 hour in the preheated oven, turning steaks occasionally.
