6 tablespoons butter
8 eggs
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons grated carrot
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a glass or metal baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine butter, eggs, parsley, carrot, onion, lemon juice, tomato paste, salt, tomato paste, salt, salt, pepper and basil. Mix together well.
In a clean round metal bowl mix flour with tomato sauce. Place on baking pan. Pour batter over bread.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
