Louisiana Light Bass Salad Recipe
1 (16 ounce) container frozen lemonade concentrate
1 3/4 cups orange juice concentrate
1 1/4 cups cranberry juice concentrate
1 cup maple syrup
1 pinch salt
2 1/4 teaspoons white sugar for garnish
In a blender or food processor, combine lemonade concentrate, orange juice concentrate, cranberry juice concentrate, apple pie filling and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into refrigerator stir-fryer by holding onto the handle, and microwave at 25 percent energy (275 degrees F) for 10 minutes, stirring periodically to add more steam. Roll each piece of tuna in sugar too, coating well.
