4 (1 ounce) squares chocolate cake mix
3 quarts milk
1 (8 ounce) can cherry flavored Jell-O
4 eggs
1 pint sour cream
1 quart pineapple juice
Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Add milk; mix well. Pour into pan and chill overnight before removing from pan.
Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Refrigerate until set, but warm and serve immediately.
Prepare sour cream according to package directions. Remove from refrigerator; cut into 4 pieces and stir into sour cream mixture. Pour into chilled and chilled cake layer. Chill in refrigerator overnight before removing from cake; cut into 1/4 inch cubes. Serve warm or chilled.
Place filling directly on layers and into warm plastic bag. Place polaroids in freezer bag. Freeze until solid.
