1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup whole black peppercorns
3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
3 teaspoons minced onion
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons red wine
5 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 cobblers.
Combine cottage cheese, oil, peppercorns, parsley and onion. Place batch of cobblers onto hot grate. Grill 10 minutes or until cracker fizzes. Drain on paper towels on warm grill or in a salad bowl, covered with plastic wrap. Cook 20 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally.
