2 chicken breast halves
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1 (28 ounce) can chicken broth
1 cup water
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Place chicken breasts in a 15x10 inch casserole dish. Place tomato paste over breasts in dish.
In a medium bowl, cream together butter, tomato paste, fish sauce, orange juice, broth and water.
Mix chicken breasts, butter mixture, tomato mixture, chicken, and pepper sauce into dish. Fold over.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
