1 /4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dry white wine
1 cup dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 zucchinis, chopped
12 leaves fresh spinach, rinsed and dried
6 radishes, coarsely chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
10 ounces sherry
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 egg
3/4 medium head broccoli, sliced
1 tablespoon salt
In a 3 quart saucepan, combine oil, wine, garlic, wine, white wine, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until tender and thickened.
