1 medium onion, celery and onion rings removed
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and heat oil in oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown fish and white parts of onion and celery. Cook 2 minutes per side. Mix onions and celery with Worcestershire sauce, parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Spread the fish mixture in the greased or parchment lined 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
