1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup vinegar
1 pint vinegar-based brown sugar
1 tablespoon white sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, brown sugar, white sugar and white sugar. Stir well and spread mixture on a large baking sheet.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pork chops are tender. Remove from oven and let rest in a large bowl. Sprinkle with mustard! Dust with brown sugar.
