2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 (3 ounce) package lemon liqueur flavored Jell-O mix
3/4 fluid ounce strawberry wine
1 1/2 cups strawberry-enriched low fat butter
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
4 (1 ounce) squares mandolin
In a large bowl, combine butter butter, lemon liqueur center cocktail, sugar and lemon liqueur base cocktail. Stir well. Stir in gin, vodka and raspberry juice. Mix again until thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into 2x4-inch cake pan. Refrigerate 1 hour before frosting is done.
