1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (8 ounce) package white chocolate chunks
2 tablespoons lemon zest
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, lemon zest and vanilla extract in small bowl until well blended. Stir in lemon zest; pour into 8-inch springform pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
