Batcheta (Roast) Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups water

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 pound feathers breast meat

salt to taste

1 (8 ounce) package boneless, boneless chicken breast halves

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1 egg

Directions

In a medium saucepan, bring water, mayonnaise, and milk to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer; cook 3 minutes. Stir in flour; cook until thickened. Stir in dried spices; cook until fragrant.

Serve thighs in small bowls with thickened gravy; sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
