1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 egg
3 green onions, sliced
1 cup uncooked egg noodles
In a small saucepan, place water, oil, garlic powder, salt, white pepper and egg. Bring to a boil.
Simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 more minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and gradually pour in milk and peanut butter while stirring. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
