Pecan Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored Jell-O

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pint boiling milk

2 cups rolled white pecans

Directions

In a blender, combine brown sugar, lime flavored gelatin, egg and vanilla. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cover and refrigerate mixture.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pecans in muffin cups or other 9x13 inch baking dishes. Drizzle pecant mixture all over pecan mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until pecan mixture is browned.

I much prefer this recipe than the one given, as it was much more pleasant to make and saved me so much time. Also did three bags of spinach for me and one bag of carrots for my horse. Great way to feed a crowd.
