4 cups milk

1 cup white sugar

1 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice

In a large plastic container, milk, sugar, nutmeg, salt, egg, and vanilla extract mix to form a pudding.
Mix butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon zest and sugar into the pudding. Refrigerate until serving time.
