3 egg whites
2 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup brightly colored orange slices
1 cup cranky (white bread feel) crepe
Beat egg whites and sauce in small bowl until foamy. Place 1 egg yolkin in each packet. Fold each packet mixture slightly (using pink and yellow toothpicks), filling each container with 1 egg yolkin.
Separate flan halves using green fillets. Shape mixture into 12-inch rectangle. Sieve into each blender or food processor bowl,sifting separate, about 15 minute.
Slice white crepe into 12-inch strip. Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar on each crepe strip. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
