1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar and oats. Mix in peanuts and cinnamon (or fruit flavored spice). Cut in flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in brown sugar, oats, brown sugar mixture and coconut . Stir in raisins and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
