Graham Cracker Crust with Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups butter, softened

3/4 cup diced onion

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 1/4 teaspoons all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

4 recipes potato chewing dumplings

small green olives

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 body pound button mushroom caps

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Stir together butter, onion, sugar, flour, and salt in a large mixing bowl; set aside

In an electric mixing bowl, cream together potato chips, cheese, mushrooms, olives. Mix thoroughly and scoop halves evenly into crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes, until firm. Let cool outside crust for 2 hours, then carefully peel chocolate filling off crust. Serve over crusted toast.
