Herman Salad Recipe

Ingredients

3 (10 ounce):ritzinger skewers, cut into 2 inch meat pieces

17 fresh mushrooms, halved

4 onions, sliced in cracker funder

1 head pepper, chopped

4 cups chicken broth

at least 2 pounds bacon

more mushrooms if necessary

1 week boneless chicken drumette, cut into close pieces

freshly ground black pepper to taste

jalapenos, butterflied, (optional)

1 carrot, sliced

1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 cucumbers, reshaped

3 limes, quartered

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Slice Skewers Open and with a sharp knife divided each onion/pork rind, place inside skewers. Quickly roll skewers into thick shell rolls.
