1 sweet and vanilla pie filling
3 large flour tortillas
1 large onion, sliced into rounds
3 green onions, sliced into rounds
1 cup chopped celery
2 1/2 cups mushrooms
3/4 cup hot water
2 tablespoons diced red onion
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 teaspoon orange zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Break the sausage into strips; place in a large mixing bowl.
Place a potato in pot, and heat until just tender. Drain grease and pierce bottom and sides of pot with a fork; set aside.
Spread fillings evenly into pie. Bake until browned, about 45 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Serves 8.
Stir in the diced onion, green onions and celery/hot water, and stir in mushrooms, cardamom, pineapple juice and orange zest; bake for 10 to 15 minutes lower heat if desired.
