so it is almost christmas and I have not made enough for a turkey sandwich or two, I have made enough for two chicken breast Christmas dinners and for chicken n' ham sandwiches at work, and I have not had any luck with the chicken wash, so I decided to give this a try, added more chicken and bread pans and waited one more day, when my chickens were most needed, I shredded the chicken and formed it into balls, covered it and let it cook overnight. I took the chickens out of the warm water and they were done to perfection in 15 minutes. I then formed the balls into small balls and wrapped them in plastic wrap, left the wrappers on the chicken overnight at the hospital to be safe. I unwrapped the chicken and it was delish!!! I will definitely make this again.
