Black Walnut Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups biscuits

1 cup fresh baked eggs

1/3 cup milk

1/3 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper liners.

Place biscuit in preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove biscuit from oven. Spoon 1/3 cup milk into each cup. Fill muffin cups with egg mixture. Spoon 1/3 cup sugar over tops of muffins. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 12 to 19 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly.

In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and milk chocolate chips. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Chill in refrigerator.
