1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla jigger
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange pudding mix
1 cup boiling water
6 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 3/4 fluid ounces cranberry juice
1/2 fluid ounce pineapple juice
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites by beating in lemonade. Stir into the pudding mix. Pour in boiling water. Cover and refrigerate until cool enough for shaping.
Shape hot lemonade into a jelly-like form by adding gelatin to 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda; gently mixing into pudding mix. Add pineapple juice and lemon-lime frozen concentrate. Garnish with whipped cream.
