Scallop Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

3 cloves garlic, peeled

1 onion, minced

1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add basil, parsley, oregano, garlic, onion, garlic salt, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and basil. Stir gently until olive oil is melted. Pour over pasta and vegetables in glass or ceramic baking dishes, sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.

Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 40 minutes or until pasta is tender and bubbly.
