I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were great. The sauce tasted almost too bland so maybe i'll double the pepper and add some garlic powder next time.

This is the best fried chicken I have ever had. It was super crispy and wonderful flavor. The texture of the chicken was wonderful. The only thing I would do differently is to cut down on the salt. I used 2 tsp. salt, but emptied the jar of orange juice to 1/2 tsp. I will definately do again & pay more attention. I enjoyed this recipe & will make it again!
