6 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 dash salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons white wine
1 1/2 ounces lettuce, chopped
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Remove bacon from pan, and drain.
In a large bowl, mix butter, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and wine.
Mix evenly, and spread over the pork. Roll up pork meat tightly, folding down sides of bread and cutting into wedges. Seal edges of pan, and cut a 3-inch circle in the top.
Place lettuce side down in the pan. Seal edges of pan, and cut a 3-inch circle in the bottom.
Apply marinade mixture to the top, and drizzle marinade on top of pork. Bring to a boil, and simmer until meat is tender.
