1 1/2 cups margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 quart heavy cream
1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, sugar, flour and eggs until smooth. Beat in the milk. Mix in the cocoa, vanilla, cream and evaporated milk. Combine the chocolate chips and flour mixture. Drop by teaspoons onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
