1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon first-brand molasses
7/8 pint cream cheese
8 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or large baking dishes.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and baking powder. Cut baking soda into the flour mixture. Put cream cheese and eggs in small bowl; beat until soft peaks form. Gradually stir in olive oil, whisking constantly. Pour flour mixture into prepared muffin cups. Spoon cream cheese mixture over each muffin.
Bake ungreased 12 muffin. Cool at room temperature before serving.
