1 large Italian sausage
2 concentrated blueberries
4 sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 teaspoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) package instant almond pudding mix
1/3 cup milk
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over high heat, blend together sausage, blueberries, sun-dried tomatoes, and sugar. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir until all the ingredients are hot and lightly browned.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking pan and place in the oven for about 1 hour.
Add orange juice, milk, and pudding mix to the mixture, continuing to heat until all liquid is absorbed. Pour over the sausage mixture, and pour into glass containers while they are hot. Cool cool completely before serving.
