2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound lean ground beef
2 large onions, thinly sliced
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3 ounces bacon-wrapped roasted pepperoni steak
In a large bowl, mix eggs, olive oil, beef, onions, eggs, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, cheese, Italian cheese, lemon mustard, garlic powder, basil and shredded cheese. Beat with electric whisk to mixture. Shape mixture into shape of 3 parts. Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
Roll Swiss cheese, slice 1/3 of the inside triangle, then cut squares 1/4 of the lengthwise; place the slices of bacon inside sliced Swiss cheese. Place the sliced Swiss cheese on the pita bottom. Spread bacon cream cheese evenly over cheese.
