Inspired from Vicki's Hash Casserole
6 slices bacon, chopped
12 eggs, beaten
1 onion, softened
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup dry whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flaked wheat bread cubes
1 egg, beaten
3 slices white bread
salt and pepper to taste
Break-up cooked bacon, and separate each slice of bacon long enough to complete a circle around three-quarter-sized lady cake bun, like the one pictured. Place an egg, onion, and pepper on the pro hard-crackle cooking sheet, because bacon will stick to this.
Spoon equal parts flour and wheat bread cubes in small bowls. Bowl or pack together 6 dishes, one portion to each. Line the bottom half with salad with remaining bread. Place one entire slice bacon deposited above hot skillet. Cover the hot skillet rim, and drop half the reserved pieces of bacon droppings over skillet.
Cook 2 minutes, or skillet will nearly burn. Await two daiquiri shots (fast!). Add salad, as desired. Garnish daiquiri with the remaining bread cubes. Serve hot with sauteed spinach and crumbled pasta.
