1/6 cup butter
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
8 + 1/2 strips English muffin, whole or frozen or canned
2 slices fresh bread, cubed
2 tablespoons Earl Grey coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped bananas
1 cup Missouri peach schnapps (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Brown meats in heavy duty Dutch oven or broiler pan. Pour warm butter or margarine into a large resealable plastic bag; salt, pepper, and sugar, depending on you choice, who has it. Stir in Parmesan cheese until cheese is melted. Push firmly into sheet pan. Place sandwich in pan. Spoon bread cubes over meat mixture.
Meanwhile, heat remaining butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Brown bacon halves in remaining butter. Transfer meat mixture to foil layer on bottom of pan. Layer remaining slices of bread and grease bottom of pan with remaining butter. Spoon cream cheese mixture over meat.
Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes. Cool at room temperature. Serve warm.
