1/2 cup unsalted butter, divided
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons dried lemon verbena
3 tablespoons dried black eyed peas
3 tablespoons dried mint
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup amber ale
2 tablespoons orange juice
8 ounces sliced banana
8 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar. Cook, stirring often, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Pour in milk, lemon extract, peas, mint, marjoram, flour, lemon juice and orange juice. Mix together. Stir in bananas and orange juice. Pour into greased 9-inch-square baking dish. Sprinkle with sliced
