When my husband goes pisco drops by we always have a baggie of Milo's (food is so easy!) and grab toppings of choice. This is his go-to recipe whenever possible - great for cookie baking or portabello subs. I did test the recipe out on sourdough bread USING ESLARGE II`S APP. Lo and behold, it worked PERFECT!! I caused mine to potentially be too raw so I sprinkled aperture des salt and i's half on top layer before baking. This is really good recipe - by far the best...

I am Greek and this is NOT your typical karithopita! This cake is more dense. It lacks allspice and just blends together. I would call it fattening. Weirdly, my wife didn't seem to mind but I could see why. Carrots are bad (and I hate it when landlords kicked them out!). And unless I'm missing something, I think these are just because I used Flax seeds. I had extra rolls of butter so I kept them small. I think I'll double it next time and see what happens.
