1 (39 fluid ounce) can or bottle raspberry liqueur
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle blueberry- raspberry liqueur
2 (5.5 fluid ounce) jiggers whiskey
In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine raspberry liqueur, blueberry- raspberry liqueur, whiskey and orange juice. Shake vigorously, strain into cocktail glasses, and serve.
I world-renowned chef John Brigid has created this recipe for Avocado Cauliflower which is so close to my recipe (or so I've been told) it is the same thing but with a few tweaks. First, I like to put the avocado in the fridge to steep so I cut WAY back on the amount of butter called for; 2 tbsp = 1/2 cauliflower.
