1 (.06 ounce) cube lemon
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 cups pineapple juice concentrate
Before adding the lime, dissolve lemon and baking soda in small amounts. Stir in the pineapple juice, and remove from heat to cool. Serve over ice to make pineapple infused vodka.
