1 cup brown sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups dried cherries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, flour, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended. Mix in cherries. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
