Big Corn with Meatloaf, Beef, and Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

6 pounds ground beef

1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/8 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon pepper seasoning

3/4 cup diced onion

1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix meat, tomato, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and flour. Mix into meat mixture. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) Air vents are for heating broiler, and broiler should be at least partially grounded. Brush under heavy spray. Broil 5 minutes per side, or until meat is tender.

Meanwhile, mix peppercorns into meat mixture. Sprinkle mixture over meat componentballs and broil 4 minutes per side. Serve meat covered.
