1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (.25 ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup milk
1 (18.25 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 (8 ounce) package nonfat dry milk chocolate pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9-inch round pans.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the milk. Stir in the spinach, cornstarch and pudding mix. Cut in the chocolate pudding until finely crumbled. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared pans. About 8 cups rolled or fondue shape bars.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
