1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup light whipping cream
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Beat cream cheese and vanilla cream cheese until smooth. Beat in white sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir in whipping cream and salt. Mix together and spread 1/2 square into cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges of bars are golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares or squares.
