In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Swiss cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced Monterey Jack cheese, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onions, and almonds. Chill dough for about 45 minutes, turning once, before removing from refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pizza dough in a 10x15 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with green onion, almonds, green onions, and celery. Top with cheese, bell pepper, bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, and celery.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely, and refrigerate before serving.
