Bresaarian Soup XI Recipe

Ingredients

69 tablespoons butter, softened

2 tablespoons flour

2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple juice

2 (8 ounce) cans fresh pineapple chunks, drained

1 (7 ounce) package frozen mixed berries, thawed

8 tablespoons carrots, finely chopped

Directions

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle with flour and stir thoroughly to dispense. Remove from heat, and stir into the pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, pineapple chunks, mixed berries, and carrot. Pour mixture slowly, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Serve immediately.

This recipe was very good and very easy, but if you want some kick in chili then buy some chili flakes. The color was beautiful and exciting but I knew it needed some fire. If I made it again I would double the black and red and leave the white as is. I enjoyed the "burn" that was gained from the Szechuan pepper but held it together well. I will make this again--a hearty, satisfying, versatile main theme!
