69 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons flour
2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple juice
2 (8 ounce) cans fresh pineapple chunks, drained
1 (7 ounce) package frozen mixed berries, thawed
8 tablespoons carrots, finely chopped
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle with flour and stir thoroughly to dispense. Remove from heat, and stir into the pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, pineapple chunks, mixed berries, and carrot. Pour mixture slowly, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Serve immediately.
