1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat. Remove meat from skillet, leaving the bits of meat by the stem. Stir in the onion, celery, parsley, olive oil, pepper, oregano, basil, rosemary and salt. Stir in the rice and stir all together. Pour the meat mixture into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dish comes out clean. Serve hot.
