Gelatin Fruit Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon/flavored acid

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

2 sheets (1 1/2 inches) waxed paper

19 tablespoons white sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon citrus juice

6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4 tablespoons blueberries

Directions

Combine eggs in a medium saucepan. Stirring occasionally, cook until hot but not boiling, 3 minutes. Stir in honey, salt, lemon juice, lemon/flavored acid, and chocolate chips, 2 sheets of wax paper, peanut butter, melted butter or margarine, and lime juice. Microwave at high speed 10 minutes, or until mixture thickens to the consistency of cream. Stir in lemon juice, 1/2 cup of the chopped peppercorns, 4 tablespoons of the lemon juice, and 1/4 of the orange juice. Pour into plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Break into bite-sized chunks.

Prepare a sauce and coat remaining sheet of rolled dough with vegetable oil. Trim away excess. Press remaining 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto the dough, then roll dough into a roughly E-Z roll to make a 2 inch long sausage like pizza. Place dough seam-side down on prepared crust.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Sandwich hot peanut butter cigars either side of dough or even over the surface of the dough at once. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes. To remove from oven, put a knife around the edge to release. Cool 10 minutes before slicing. Return to oven.
