1 (18 ounce) package peach flavored cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, combine peel and seed peach slices of cake. Beat cream cheese and pecans into peach slices. Stir constantly until all ingredients are well blended. Divide the batter between the two prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 2 to 3 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove cookie from oven and cool on a wire rack. Cool completely and store in refrigerator.
